Milk powder or powdered milk is a type of milk product in which milk is vaporized and turned into a dry material. The goal of producing milk powder is to better preserve it. Useful life of milk powder is much longer than fluid milk and does not need refrigerator due to having a low humidity. Another goal of producing milk powder is to reduce its volume for saving transportation costs.
